Just Careers is dedicated in protecting personal information collected from candidates when they initially register with us, when we assess their skills/abilities, when we perform relevant medical, identity or criminal checks, when we place them to jobs, and we put them forward to our clients.
Also privacy is ensured to our business clients when they have registered with us to conduct a service for their workplace.
Any personal information collected or generated as a result of our relationship with either candidates or corporate clients, is secured and protected from access by unauthorized third parties.
We will only request and document personal information that is relevant when placing candidates forward to jobs best suited to them or while performing a service for a corporate client. Personal information will not be given to a third party without the consent of the candidate, corporate client or the referee.
Information collected by Just Careers will not be sold, rented, divulged or licensed to a third party without consent form candidates or corporate clients. Information will be destroyed in a manner that protects the privacy of the individual or corporate company when the information is no longer relevant to Just Careers. Candidates have the option of having details deleted from Just Careers database at any time with the exception of information needed to be held for legal or financial records.
We strive to protect data transmitted to us over the Internet but because such transmissions cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we do not warrant the security of personal information transmitted in this way, but we will make every effort to make it secure on our own systems.
Personal information held by us is available for review by the individual / client in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act. The Privacy Act sets out your rights to see and have a copy of personal and sensitive information about you that we hold. Just Career’s requests any personal information received by you is relevant to the job you are applying for or that you want us to use in finding you a future job.
