Just Careers is a boutique Recruitment, Human Resources and Industrial Relations firm located in Parramatta with a large portfolio of clients spanning many industries and on a National basis.

Due to continued and rapid growth, we are now seeking an experienced Temp Recruiter to take control of our WARM to HOT Temp Desk and continue to build our desk through our existing portfolio and new clientele on either a full time or part time basis.

As an experienced Temp Recruitment Specialist you will inherit some warm clients while also being required to focus on growing the temp side of the business by leveraging from the extensive client base in the other specialist divisions of this agency.
 
The successful candidate will have:
 
• A minimum of 12 months experience in a relevant recruitment role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work as an effective member of a team

In return for your contribution, you will be remunerated with an attractive base salary of $45,000 - $65,000, superannuation, a very lucrative commission structure, an excellent workplace culture, flexibility and top class training as required.
