Sales Executive / Business Development Manager Training Organisation

Our client is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) located in Parramatta who delivers a combination of Nationally Recognised Qualifications and short courses.

They specialise in a diverse range of industries with their learning-based solutions focusing on skills training and consulting in Business, Retail, Transport, Logistics and Warehousing.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will utilise your extensive solutions sales background generating your own leads throughout initially NSW & then Australia at a national level. Your aim will be to arrange and close formal presentations with business decision makers.

Your role will be to:

- Build new and develop extensive relationships with key decision makers within SME’s and large corporate businesses
- Manage existing accounts
- Diligently identify and grow sales opportunities across all accounts, and actively contribute to our client's goals, targets and budgets.
- Ultimately arrange and close formal presentations with business decision makers.

Ideally, you will have experience in training solution selling and experience dealing with Learning and Development Managers, and business decision makers whilst having experience working in a commercial organisation as a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager.

You will:

- Have outstanding client relationship and rapport building skills
- Have experience in performing to budgets and a desire to exceed expectations
- Be very team focused and be able to work autonomously to establish goals, plans and activities
- Enjoy delivering results that will be rewarded and recognised.

A salary between $45k - $65k plus super and vehicle and an extremely generous uncapped commission structure will be available, dependant on experience.
