Our client is a leading global company in the development of Electronic equipment for the Parking, Banking and Gaming industries.
They are seeking a person to organise, schedule and manage the daily activities in their busy service department.
Reporting to the Service Manager your role will be to ensure the effective operation, including all areas of invoicing, office administration, scheduling work to be performed, and time and efficiency reports.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Maintain agreed schedules & supervise flow of work and handling of service jobs.
• Updating spreadsheets for major clients on a weekly basis.
• Liaise with customers to deliver effective customer service.
• Arrange and follow up on Preventative maintenance job orders with major clients
• Provide written reports and liaise with management on work status
To be successful for this role you will need to have:
•Great organisational skills
•Effective communication and negotiation skills
•Computer literacy in Excel, ERP programs
•Experienced in managing people
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in administration or coordination roles with excellent English and computer skills. You will be a self motivated individual who is able to work alone and under pressure. Training on in-house database will be provided.
On offer to the successful candidate is a salary of $45K plus super and negotiable depending on experience.
