Our client, located in Parramatta, is a well known Nationally established property facility management company whose clients include major Institutional, Government, Commercial, and private companies.
 
A position has become available for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Executive to gain new business opportunities for our client a nationally recognized leader of their industry.
Key responsibilities of this role are:

 •Leading the Business Development / Sales & Marketing Team to procure new contracts
•Identifying new business prospects and following up leads from internal and external sources
•Coordination and preparation of tender responses, and the creation and delivery of presentations to a prestigious client base
•Industry research, analysis and reporting
•Contract negotiation and management of existing and new clientele

To be successful in this position, you must:
•Have a proven track record in consultative business development
•Have graduated or completing a Business or Commerce degree
• Have a background in property leasing and/or related fields
•Be results driven and highly motivated
•Highly organised with the ability and commitment to meet tight deadlines
•Ability to influence and persuade decision makers
•Strong relationship building skills, and a tenacious approach to pursuing new business opportunities
•Highly developed written and oral communication skills
•A genuine passion for sourcing, converting and maintaining business opportunities

This role is suited for a team player with hands on approach, who thrives on winning new business, through a professional yet persistent approach.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $65K + Super, which is negotiable dependant on experience, and the opportunity for further growth commensurate with your performance.
