Our client, located in Melbourne metro, is a well known Nationally established Property Facility Management company whose clients include major Institutional, Government, Commercial, and private companies.
 A position has become available for a highly ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager to lead in the development of new business opportunities for their company which aims to be the nationally recognized leader of their industry.

Key responsibilities of this role are:
 •Leading the Business Development / Sales & Marketing Team to procure new contracts
•Identifying new business prospects and following up leads from internal and external sources
•Coordination and preparation of tender responses, and the creation and delivery of presentations to a prestigious client base
•Industry research, analysis and reporting
•Contract negotiation and management of existing and new clientele

To be successful in this position, you must:
•Have a proven track record in consultative business development
•Have a background in property and/or related fields
•Be results driven and highly motivated
•Highly organised with the ability and commitment to meet tight deadlines
•Ability to influence and persuade decision makers
•Strong relationship building skills, and a tenacious approach to pursuing new business opportunities
•Highly developed written and oral communication skills
•A genuine passion for sourcing, converting and maintaining business opportunities

This role is suited for a team player with hands on approach, who thrives on winning new business, through a professional yet persistent approach.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $85k - $95+ Super + Car Allowance +  Bonus, which is negotiable dependant on experience, and the opportunity for further growth commensurate with your performance.
