Our client is a leading multi national company located in Melbourne Metro. They have a strong brand name and great team based environment.

In saying this, they are looking for an experienced and mature minded call centre operator to join their service centre for a 12 month contract with a view to permanent.

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, Your day to day duties will involve:

• Telephone product enquiries and orders
• In-bound customer service enquiries
• Maintaining relationship with customers and building rapport to ensure follow up
• Inputting orders into the system

To be considered for this position you will require the following skills and abilities:

• Have previous experience in a fats paced call centre or customer service environment dealing with in bound or out bound calls in an Australian based company.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a busy working environment.
• Excellent data entry, keyboard and numeric skills.
• An intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
• A positive, professional and flexible attitude.
• A mature work attitude

On offer to successful candidate is a competitive salary of $35,000 - $40,000 + super. This salary is negotiable and subject to your experience. The company is located close to shops, transport and amenities.
