Our client is a leading multinational company located in Melbourne’s west. They have a strong brand name and great team based environment. They seek to employ an experienced Contracts and Service Administration Manager to oversee their Service Administration team.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the management of all contracts and service administration functions while ensuring that finance and accounting controls are adhered to.
Your day to day duties will involve:
• Responsible for the review and compliance of all customer service contracts. • Manages contract renewals and price change schedules • Oversee and lead the service administration team and assist with finance, service and contract enquiries • Manage billing to ensure invoicing is performed with accuracy and in a timely manner • Interface with customers regarding invoice queries as required • Produce monthly revenue forecast and weekly progress reports
To be considered for this position you will require the following skills and abilities:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role • Must be Degree Qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or any other related field • Proven and demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management position successfully leading, managing and motivating direct reports • Advanced level of Microsoft office including word processing, spreadsheets and database skills
Experience in using Oracle would be an advantage, however is not essential. This role would suit an individual with a very strong customer focus and a passion to succeed.
