My client, located in Tullamarine, is a large well established organization and is very reputable within their industry. They are seeking to employ an experienced OHS and Compliance Coordinator to join their team.

Reporting to the Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all OHS and compliance requirements nationally. Your duties will include:

• Review of OHS Compliance requirements
• Assisting in injury management and investigation
• Promoting safety culture and awareness
• OHS Reports
• Return to Work Coordination
• Risk assessments

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Tertiary qualifications in OHS
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in dealing with sub contractors in an OHS role
• First Aid Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a general OHS role, involving all aspects of OHS and compliance. The ideal candidate will be well versed in current OHS policies and able to implement all OHS procedures on a national basis. Full training will be provided.

This role is based in Tullamarine in Melbourne, however due to the national scope of the role there will be minimal travel involved to Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.

On offer to the successful candidate is a salary of $60,000 - $70,000 + super which is also negotiable dependant on experience.
