Facility Operations Manager

Our client, based at Kemps Creek, is a large well established organisation. An amazing opportunity has become available to join this growing company in the role of Facility Operations Manager.

You will be responsible to manage the day to day operations while increasing efficiency and profitability of the facility. Your day to day duties involve:

• Further develop and enhance the operations team to ensure the company maintains the number one position in each of their business streams.
• Analyse the existing operations, and recommend and implement a strategy to promote increasing revenue growth and greater cost efficiency across company and client controlled locations
• Assist in the preparation of Budgets
• Review, develop and implement continuously improving systems and procedures to ensure the continuity and consistency of quality service delivery
• Promote and maintain a culture of proactive customer and client service excellence across the organisation

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Minimum 4 years experience in an Operations Management position
• Have highly developed leadership skills and ability to get the best from people
• Possess Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Have a passion for client and customer service
• Experience in assisting with preparation of budgets / a finance flare  

In addition to your extensive operations management experience you will also have proven experience in customer account liaison and the ability to give direction to get the job done.
You will be rewarded with an attractive salary of $80k - $90k + super + company vehicle, as well as the opportunity for further growth commensurate with your performance.
