ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER X 2

Full time, permanent role, Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 5.00 offering $45k - $50K plus super

Our client is a established construction and engineering company. They require 2 experienced accounts payable officer's to join their busy and friendly accounts team. One is a replacement role and the other is newly created due to increased growth.

Coming in with at least 2 years accounts experience (with emphasis on accounts payable), you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Ensure correct and timely paid creditors and employee reimbursements.
2. Completion of credit applications and ensure supplier evaluations are completed.
3. Obtaining Subcontractor Statements and Certificate of Currency – Workers Compensation.
4. Controlling and issuing stationery eg cheques, purchase order books, site diaries etc.
5. Weekly bank reconciliations.
6. Motor vehicle registrations and CTP.
7. Back up reception.

To be considered for this role you need to have:
- Min 2 years exp in accounts payable and MYOB
- Excellent English Speaking skills, both verbal and written.
- Enjoy working in an environment which is fast paced and busy.

On offer to the successful candidate is a salary of $45,000 - $50,000 k plus super based on experience. Training is offered and they are located in a short walking distance to Regents Park Station
