ACCOUNTS CLERK / PAYABLE (FULL FUNCTION)

Our client is a highly reputable Australian organisation with a strong brand name. As a result they seek a accounts payable clerk who has had experience in full function accounts.

This is a contract role for 6 weeks which could lead to a permanent role based on your performance.

Reporting to the NSW State Accountant your duties will include:
- Provide day to day finance and administration assistance to the accounts team.
- Banking and cash sales reconciliation
- Accounts Payable / Purchasing support
- Assist in month end / other accounting process's
- Compliance reconciliation and reporting
- Freight invoice processing
- Assist in Stock take
- Financial invoicing
- Petty Cash management

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Quick learner with good communication skills
- Can work independently
- Min 3 years experience in full function accounts payable or accounting.

SALARY & HOURS: On offer is a hourly rate of $21 - $24 p/hr plus super. This is negotiable. The hours are M-F, 9.00 am - 5.30 pm.

DURATION OF CONTRACT: Anticipate this to be a 6 week contract that will then progress to a permanent position if successful and performance has been above standard.

LOCATION: Auburn and there is parking available.
